We invest in founding teams. Whether first-time or repeat entrepreneurs, solo or one-of-four, we look for someone who has the potential to shape the industry they’re part of. We get along particularly well with founders who are deeply curious and intellectually agile, switching from high-level vision to the small details of their execution plan with ease.
There's no minimum requirements on product stage, traction levels, or check size, as long as we can become unequivocally enthusiastic about the founders’ clarity of thinking, the granularity of the mental map for their domain, and the open-mindedness and rigour exhibited in their achievements
to-date.
We are geography-agnostic, although CEE has been our home market. We are particularly interested in building business in personal health, energy transition, and next gen consumer experiences. We would be keen to brainstorm if you have bold ideas in these or other areas.

We don’t take advantage of founders with strongman terms when negotiating power is on our side; our conditions are standard and our term sheets stand up to scrutiny. Equally, we expect transparent communication from founders. Building a business requires otherworldly intensity and founders can be edgy at times, however integrity is non-negotiable.

Seed & Studio
Most often we invest at seed, but are also increasingly focused on pre-seed. We help co-create ventures (7 thus far) and are always on the lookout for studio projects, so even if you’re still at idea stage, it’s not too early to talk to us.
Seed+ & Beyond
Seed+, Series A/ A+, and any business with 0 to €5 million revenue is fair game for a first check. No two situations are the same and, accordingly, our first check can be from €100k to €3 million.
Follow-on
Over time, we can invest over €20 million per company between our flagship fund and our LPs.
